You don't have to swim for 24 hours individually, but one member of each team must be in the pool at all times during the 24 hour event. Depending on your ability you might swim 200m, 1km or 10kms through-out the event.
Safety first, all swimmers must be fit and healthy. If you haven't been well in the lead up to the event we recommend checking in with your doctor. All event rules and safety requirements can be found on the Rules & Safety Guide page.
The role of the team captain is recruit team members; urge team members to help with getting their friends, colleagues and family to get involved; roster the team through-out the 24 hours and motivate the team to fundraise in support of people living with multiple sclerosis.
Each event will have varying numbers for maximum amount of team members. Please check the entry form for details. If you have more team members than the amount allotted you will be unable to win the event.
We encourage online registrations, however if you need assistance or require an entry from give us a call on 1300 733 690.

If participants have specific dietary requirements, we recommend they take this into consideration in your planning. Also remember if participating at night the cafe may be closed and only vending machines available.
