The MS Maccabi National Swimathon, now in its 9th year is an event of fitness and fun that contributes valuable fundraising for both Maccabi Australia and Australians living with multiple sclerosis.
No matter what level of swimmer you are, your participation can be for as little as 30 minutes (which you can share as a relay with others) or more, if you feel fit!
For MS, the funds raised from the event have contributed to the care of over 25,000 Australians living with MS giving them the opportunity to lead more independent lives as well as providing much needed equipment such as wheelchairs and walking frames. You can find out more about multiple sclerosis via the What is MS? page.
For Maccabi Australia, the funds raised from the event contribute towards helping our athletes participate at Maccabiah Games in Israel, Pan American Games, JCC Games, Maccabi All Abilities programs and other events.
